Do you need a camera?
No — upload any image or screenshot that already shows the QR code.
What if nothing is detected?
Crop closer to the code, improve contrast, and avoid heavy blur. Multi-QR images return all readable payloads.
Server dependency?
Preferred: opencv-python-headless. Optional fallback: pyzbar (needs libzbar on the OS).
